3. Digital Mapping and Hand-Tufting: Craft Guided by Code

Each design is translated into a high-resolution digital map using CAD systems. This map is then plotted directly onto a taut canvas with remarkable accuracy (often within ±0.5 mm). Using a handheld tufting gun, the artisan punches yarn into the backing, guided by plotted lines and color zones for texture precision.
