We supply customers around the world. The shipping costs with air freight are included in the price.

Delivery takes place to the nearest delivery point or your address. Please always include your telephone number so that our logistics partner can contact you for delivery. 

Estimated delivery time can be found on the order confirmation you receive by email. Normal delivery time is 5-8 business days if the item is in stock at the time of booking. If the item is not in stock, the delivery takes 6 - 8 weeks. Should there be any significant changes in your delivery, we will contact you.

Volver carries the risk of damage and / or lost products during transport until you have received the goods. You will receive a call from our logistics partner or an e-mail when the package is ready for retrieval.

Unpatched packages are charged with a charge of 20 EURO plus shipping costs.
