    We develop design sketches into production workfiles. We can produce a 50x50 cm sample upon request.

    We produce to contract standards and accordingly to your project brief. The bigger carpets are developed in seamless parts for easier transport and installation.

    We deliver to door. We provide installation advice, but do not provide installation services.

What types of carpet solutions does Volver offer for hospitality and contract projects?

We provide a full range of high-quality carpet and rug solutions including: hand-tufted rugs, commercial tufting, HD-printed carpets, hand-woven/handloom options, and Axminster wall-to-wall carpets.

Can we customise the design (pattern, colour, scale) to match our brand or project identity?

Yes, most of our designs can be customized in scale and shape and some in color. We can also develop entirely new designs based on your project brief.

What is the minimum order or suitable volume for contract projects?

Hand tufting - no MOQ and no size restrictions. HD Print - 10m2 (2,5m1) per quality; Wool: min order: 100m2Axminster - 200sqm per design

What are the lead times?

Hand tufting – 8 – 12 weeks for bigger volumesHD Print – 5 weeksAxminster – 5 weeksWe deliver to door. For installation, please contact a local carpet installer.

What sustainability and certification credentials are offered?

Sustainability is embedded in our production. We use natural and recycled materials, certified production partners, low-emission carpets (Green Label Plus, BTTG, ISO/IEC 17065). All partners comply with industry standards such as BREEAM / EN 14001.

What quality standards apply for hospitality heavy-traffic areas (corridors, public zones)?

We are equipped to deliver complete soft floor solutions across suites, lounges, public spaces and corridors, with coordinated design language and suitable material and quality selection and  coordinated delivery.
