Green Label Plus Indoor Air Quality
The hand tufted rugs produced in China are certified Green Label Pluss: A Higher Standard for Indoor Air Quality.
Today, indoor air quality (IAQ) is an important environmental consideration, especially since we spend approximately 90 percent of our time indoors.
Green Label Pluss by CRI (The Carpet and Rug Institute, USA) ensures that our rugs are very lowest emitting products on the market and are manufactured accordingly to the best practices of environmental responsibility.
ISO/IEC 17065 – Regulatory standards
Our hand tufted production is accredited ISO IEC 17065 that ensures a quality of products, services, and manufacturing processes in compliance with all regulatory standards. This certification builds trust and confidence among all producers and our customers, such as public, governments and private clients.
Care & Fair Social Responsibility
Our handwoven and handloom rugs are produced in India and our production is associated with Care & Fair, ensuring socially responsible manufacturing and no use of illegal child labor. Care & Fair runs 18 projects on school and training and basic, medical care in the areas of handmade rugs, India, Nepal and Pakistan.
We are aware of the challenges this objective presents and are working to find and reach new solutions that minimize our long and short-term impact.
We encourage our clients to choose sustainable products with long durability both for their work and home environments.
